Bay Farm Women is a diverse community of women of all ages, stages, and places in our faith journeys where you can come as you are and find authentic friendships centered on Jesus Christ and His living Word.

We were created to live life together so that the world will know we are Christians by our love that is unified, gracious, compassionate, and reflects the hope of the Gospel of Jesus Christ to our communities and world.

We can’t wait to meet you and encourage you in the season God has you in!

Join us for six Monday evenings of dinner, friendship, and a deeper journey with Jesus. Together we'll discover that prayer is more than words—it's an invitation into a growing relationship with Christ. Through meaningful conversation, guided prayer, a personal prayer journal, and Mark Batterson's 40-Day Prayer Challenge, you'll learn to recognize God's voice, trust His heart, and meet with Him in the everyday moments of life.

Meet Our Bible Study Leader — Debbie Alsdorf

We are thrilled to have Debbie Alsdorf creating and leading us through our six-week Between Mondays Bible study!

Debbie has spent more than 30 years encouraging and equipping women in every season of life to know Jesus more deeply and live out their faith authentically. She is an author, international speaker, mentor, certified life coach, non-fiction writing coach, and literary agent with the Books & Such Literary Management team.

But what makes this opportunity especially meaningful is Debbie's heart for women and her own journey with Jesus. Each Monday night, she'll bring biblical truth, honest stories, practical wisdom, and personal experiences from her prayer life as she helps us discover what it looks like to move beyond simply saying prayers to developing a deeper, everyday relationship with Christ.

What a privilege to have Debbie walking alongside us for all six weeks—creating and teaching Between Mondays: Where Your Relationship with Jesus Grows.

We can't wait to see what God does in our lives... Between Mondays.

Because the most important part of Bible study isn't only what happens on Monday night... It's what happens Between Mondays.

Ladies, Lace Up Those Shoes - Adventure Awaits!

Hey Gals! Meet at the church, Saturday, November 7th @ 8:30am to carpool over to the Lafayette Reservoir. We will walk the Reservoir, grab a bite at Sideboard Lafayette, and stop in at the Orchard Nursery. We can stroll around their 5 acre property, stop into the Atrium to shop houseplants, and check out their cool gift shop, the Lazy K, for home and garden décor.

Just be sure to wear appropriate attire (especially walking shoes), bring a water bottle, and come ready for fun! Please register everyone coming in your group so we know how many vehicles we need. (No childcare is available for this event. Adult only event)
